Stone Age Folkby Jaime Hayon

Caesarstone returns to Palazzo Serbelloni to unveil "Stone Age Folk" by Jaime Hayon, the pinnacle event of their year-long collaboration with the world renowned Spanish designer for the 2017 Designer Collaboration Programme.

Inspired by flora, faunaand folklorefrom different cultures, Jaime Hayon designedan architectural pavilion,which referencesthe famous Crystal Palace built in Hyde Park, London for the Great Exhibition of 1851, combining over 48 Caesarstone colours with metal and stainedglass.

Giò Ponti/ Sambonet. Il cuore dei Ponti per i Sambonet

The exhibition presents a collection of letters by Gio Ponti addressed to Roberto and his wife Luisa Bernacchi Sambonet, which show illustrations and drawings made by the artist.

The Roberto Sambonet fund has provided the letters and illustrations, which have been deposited at the CASVA (Centre for Advanced Studies of Visual Arts) in Milan.

Czech contemporary design for kids

Seven designers of the Czech Republic, nominated for the Czech Grand Design Awards for 2016, will present their products, ranging from toys to textiles to furniture. Their works reflect their own childhood and parenting experiences; their dreams, imagination and the endless desire to play and explore. The exhibition at the Czech Centre in Milan presents both well-established designers and representatives of the youngest generation - students and recent graduates of applied arts schools.

In the week of the Milan Fuorisalone, from 4th until the 9th April 2017, a temporary pop-up shop will be opened in the Czech Centre Gallery.

Super Follies

An architectonic installation in a mysterious Milanese garden, curated in collaboration with Studio Toogood, that exhibits the creation of small structures (folies) in which our new poetic and ecletic furniture designs reveal themselves to the visitor.

The installation at Showroom Pratesi consists in three clothes-rooms realized by an international female designer team: Dreamer Skin by Fernanda Biagi (Mexico), In between by Lulu Zhang (China) and A table story by Giulia Zorzella (Italy), respectively a bedroom, a bathroom and a dinning room.

Ideated by Alessandro Guerriero, directed by Denise Bonapace.
