Joey Giuntoli began his career in the fashion industry over 15 years ago. He first got his feet wet working with brands like Polici and Cynthia Rowley. After managing several multiline showrooms, Joey Showroom opened its doors September 2004 in the Meat Packing District of New York City. The plan was to create a boutique style environment that would cater to the best specialty stores and department stores. The range of products now includes women's, men's and accessories.
The young company has expanded offices from New York to Los Angeles and Atlanta and represents thirteen brands. Collections are chosen because of a connection to their design aesthetic, always making sure the brands compliments one another. The result is a philosophy of sales that focuses on the long term growth of designers. At the same time, Joey Showroom is as much about the buyer as it is about the designers. Working with an account goes beyond taking the order. Joey works personally with many of the designers, discussing fashion trend forecasts and works closely at product development to meet the need of the market. Customer service is foremost. Building relationships has gained the respect of some of the most influential people in fashion, many whom have been with Joey from the beginning.
