Studio Zeta was created in Florence in 1984 from Mauro Galligari and Riccardo Grassi as a new showroom concept: researching new designers in a clean , crisp enviroment that allows new products to be offered to the more and more demanding Italian and international fashion beyond the conventional labels and brands.
With this spirit Galligari and Grassi started a cooperation with Pitti Trends as consultants in the ‘80s and later on created ‘L’Altro Uomo’ , which became a successful exhibiting section inside Pitti Immagine Uomo still nowadays collaborating with Studio Zeta.
In 1988 Studio Zeta moved to Milan, undisputed capital of fashion, changing its name into STUDIO ZETA MILANO and becoming a leader in fashion industry.
The answer to this business achievement is to be found in the constant research and intuition of the 2 founders for new trends, paying attention to the evolution of the market and everything that influences it the most such as media, cinema and music.
Last but not least to remember is the key ingredient of this success: a very high qualified staff and its strategic selling structure divided by geographic areas and brands.
Also important it’s the professional and friendly environment that through the years could build up a close friendship between the staff and the clients.
Studio Zeta staff travels frequently around the world analysing and visiting new markets; the export section developed a close relation with major international purchasing offices, Japanese companies and American department stores.
Following intuitions Studio Zeta could propose to the fashion market names as Martin Margela, Guglielmo Capone, Wim Neels, Stephan Janson, Jan' & Carlos, Katharine Hamnett, Gilles Rosier, Mark Eisen, Giuliano Fujiwara, Antonio Marras and collaborated to launch worldwide the brand Neil Barrett.
Today Studio Zeta is more of a trade show than a showroom exposing 25 Men Collections and 35 Women Collections on 3000 sm space.
