Who’s Next and Première Classe will organize, as every session, a young designers’ contest. Candidates can post their profiles on whosnextblog.com, from March 8th to May 2nd.

This season, the contest presents a novelty that helps young designers enter into the competitive and ever evolving fashion market.
The contest consists of three categories where the candidates can showcase their talent in “womenswear”, “accessories” and “menswear”.

The directors of Who’s Next and Première Classe, along with a journalist, a blogger and a buyer will make up the jury of fashion professionals. Only the fifteen best candidates, five chosen from each fashion category, will have the chance to showcase their creations. The mini “catwalk” presentations will be held at three strategically placed stands on both tradeshows at Porte de Versailles, from September 3rd to 6th 2011.

In addition, the 1st place winners of each category will be invited to exhibit their collections at two consecutive trade shows. A public relations campaign will be launched to promote this event.
