After 3 magical editions in the big apple we will pay homage to this new generation of chefs and artists that is emerging in the outskirts of worldwide cities: East London in London, the East side of Paris, Brooklyn in NY, in Sweden, in Ca(lifo)rnivore land…
In association with Action Against Hunger, we will pay a tribute to Brooklyn’s incredible food & culture movement this year, bringing together local and internationally renowned chefs & artists to collaborate and represent the borough's unique style and influence.

Le Fooding Brooklyn Fling will take place from September 19th to September 23rd and will include a dinner series in some of Brooklyn’s favorite restaurants, cinematic brunches at the NiteHawk cinema, palatable and unusual lunches at the Brooklyn Flea, as well as Le Fooding's Campfire Session, incorporating fine music and food in an intimate setting, on the Williamsburg riverfront.

Le Clicquot Brooklyn Tour
4 dinners that will stop each night at a different restaurant in Brooklyn where local chefs will join hands with their international “Brooklyn – minded” alter egos.
* September 19th: Chef Brian Leth of neighborhood gem Vinegar Hill House will cook with the famous Animal dudes, Vinny Dotolo & Jon Shook.
* September 20th: Brooklyn pioneers Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli from Frankies 457 will cook with Charleston’s farm-to-table hero Sean Brock, from Husk restaurant.
* September 21st: Neal Harden and Alain Senderens will prepare an exquisite vegan dinner helped by Daniel Rose, from Spring restaurant in Paris.
* September 22nd: Dustin Yellin’s new building, The Intercourse, will host “nomadic chefs” who, for now, haven’t a proper kitchen to express themselves: Isaac McHale and James Lowe of the Young Turks, Ignacio Mattos and Hugue Dufour will delight our guests with a multi-sensorial dinner in between art and great food.

Darkness with a Chance of Piperade
We will offer incredible brunches to our public who in the same time will be able to enjoy a Brooklyn movie classic.
Food will highlight the Brooklyn “terroir” and will be prepared by the resident chef joined by the French rockstar chef who took bistronomy concept to a whole new level. A selection of coffees will be offered to the public while watching these cult movies: The Warriors and Saturday Night Fever.

The Luncheon in the Dust
“The Luncheon in the Dust” will be set at the Fort Greene and Williamsburg locations of the Brooklyn Flea. Next to vintage relics sellers we will organize an avant-garde homage to vintage food to be paired with S.Pellegrino waters. Chefs will bring back to life old-school recipes.

Campfire Session
At the Williamsburg Flea Market we will present a collaboration between local food vendors and outsider chefs with an incredible menu for everyone’s taste. The music line up will include Brooklyn icons such as Andrew Wyatt (of Miike Snow) and Mike D. Food vendors will collaborate with Le Fooding chefs who will bring an unusual twist to local traditional Flea Market food.

Tickets are available on www.legrandfooding.com.
N.B. 20% of the tickets’ proceeds will go to charity to Action Against Hunger
