From June 7th to August 25th, the art gallery, Espace La Vallée Village, has been converted into a bohemian chic lounge, echoing the world of travel, to offer a light cultural break for visitors.
Gabriella Cortese, founder and designer of Antik Batik, is the special guest of this exhibition which takes visitors on a journey into the heart of the brand.
Italian born and based in Paris, Gabriella Cortese is a devoted traveller. She finds inspiration on the Silk Road and Indonesia, Africa, India and Central Asia for colourful collections inspired by folklore.
Bruno Martin followed Gabriella to her workshops in India and on her journey between Delhi and Jaipur. In only a few days, he had captured the magic of the hand-crafted designs of the brand’s collections. A celebration of travel, India and craftsmanship.
