In a time in which customers and designers are more and more aware of the importance of sustainable clothing, Rêve en Vert rides the wave of “green“ luxury e-commerce.

Founded in 2012 by Natasha Tucker and Cora Hilts, the London-based platform gathers together the top high-end organic labels that use sustainable fabrics and materials, as well as fair-trade methods of production.

“The problem with most sustainably produced fashion is that it often isn’t seen as being on trend in the way high fashion is, and the problem with most traditional fashion houses and brands is that their production processes are under-regulated and opaque,” explained Co-Founder Natasha Tucker.

In this context, the company aims to fight against over-consumption, as well as against the pollution caused by the apparel industry and the exploitation of employees in clothing factories. Each brand available on Rêve en Vert is independent, locally produced and manufactured within their country of origin.
