FRANCE / Paris: Marcel Duchamp Prize — And The Nominees Are...

This year’s edition of FIAC (October 22nd to 25th) reaffirms its commitment to emerging contemporary artists by hosting the projects of four artists nominated for the Marcel Duchamp Prize at the Grand Palais. The winner of the reputed art prize will be announced the 24th October 2015. 

2015-NOMINATED ARTISTS

- Davide Balula, born in 1978 in Annecy and represented by the Frank Elbaz Gallery, Paris.
- Neil Beloufa, born in 1985 in Paris and represented by the Balice Hertling Gallery, Paris
- Melik Ohanian, born in 1969 in Lyon and represented by the Chantal Crousel Gallery, Paris


- Zineb Sedira, born in 1963 in Paris and represented by the Kamel Mennour Gallery, Paris


INTERNATIONAL JURY FOR THE 2015 MARCEL DUCHAMP PRIZE

- Bernard Blistène, France, Director of the Centre Pompidou, President of the Jury
- Gilles Fuchs, France, President of the ADIAF, art collector

- Didier Grumbach, France, art collector

Established in 2000 by the ADIAF (Association pour la Diffusion Internationale de l'’Art Français) in partnership with the Centre Pompidou, National Museum of Modern art and FIAC, the Prix Marcel Duchamp is intended to promote the international recognition of artists working in France, in the domain of visual and fine arts.
