Nana Aganovich and Brooke Taylor, a couple since 2002, share their private, creative and professional lives. The conceptual label stands strong against the fear of the ordinary and they borrow their artistic inspiration this season from artist Francis Bacon’s figurative canvases.

Nana and Brooke have been working on the launch of four relevant projects:

- They start with an unusual 100% ethical industrial cotton jacket, which today seems historical. Aganovich’s new project called Invisible acts is all about the people behind the seams who do care.

Bonotto - one of Italy’s textile suppliers based in northern Italy, crafts the organic cotton used for the denim jacket with a slow-woven drill. They specialize in ‘Fabrica lenta’ or ‘slow-weaving’, contributing to upholding the craftsmanship and quality of the ‘Made in Italy’ stamp. Further sewn by Bocage Avenir, a French factory less than three hours from Paris owned by seamstresses. They will bring their project to life with the help of Kickstarter on the 1st of May.

- A manifesto ‘X’ T-shirt line: Aganovich is joining forces with Dov Charney, the founder of American Apparel on his new made-in-USA project, known as Los Angeles Apparel.

- A collaboration with French Perfumery Les Eaux Primordiales (The Primordial Waters). Introducing a powerful burning wood scent that transitions into a contradicting gentle pink rose aroma. The launch of Aganovich’s new perfume called “Let’s Murder The Moonshine” is the name of their first unisex fragrance named after a piece written by F.T.Marinetti.

- Lastly, Aganovich created a series of different so-called ‘surrealist’ ties that resemble real life plaited hair, made using raw combed linen.

Aganovich will be also present at Paris Haute Couture schedule in January 2018.
