44STUDIO is a genderless brand that represents fashion without barriers, where men are free to wear skirts and women are seen wearing masculine looks. The collections merge traditional tailoring and technical development with future streetwear and technologically advanced elements creating timeless pieces that redefine the classic form. The sustainable fashion clothes that are made are created by two self-taught designers that expanded their design knowledge by taking pattern making classes. Both creators of the brand, Xavi García and Franx de Cristal, share the same vision and commitment to their fashion brand based in Madrid. Oscar Wilde, of the late Victorian London society, is known for his struggle for freedom of expression, with his extravagant style during an oppressive era. Wilde is the inspiration behind the clothing brand’s new Autumn/Winter 2018-19 Collection titled MR. WILDE, a tribute collection to a dandy of his time. The collection plays with a range of black and blue colours that moves to “ultra violet” which was chosen as the 2018 Pantone colour of the year, to green and silver. The colour palette is applied to textures of soft flannel, wool and felt. Classic tailoring, deconstruction and overlay pieces capture the essence of the collection. The Art Company and 44Studio have designed unisex footwear for an avant-garde collection.

[grey]Presentation – January 21st - Supersonic, 9 rue Biscornet, 75012 [/grey]
[grey]Showroom : Superstudio Showroom, 24 rue de Lappe, 75011[/grey]

[grey]Spring/Summer 2018 collection[/grey]

SADAK’s innovative collection will be in the form of a presentation at 2018 Men’s Fashion week in Paris. Sasa Kovacevic is a Serbian-born fashion and costume designer, whose new collection is a celebration of diversity and dressing relating to clothes and to the way they are worn, inspired by 1990s subcultures combined with classic sportswear and formal tailoring. Titled “Slave Sauvage” , the garments combine Slavic and Western-European elements with the designer’s reinterpretation of utility workwear. This season, structured garments are seen in a variety of fabrics, pleated shorts worn with mesh long johns, caramel-colored PVC to wool pinstripe as well as printed cotton and silk. SADAK’s key jacket is backless, held by belts in matching fabrics. The designer has created natural elements and contrasting textures combined with PVC fabrics including sweatshirts and overalls in shades of black, blue and tan. Outwear garments are a strong focus, from a new trench shape to a blue biker coat, combining military shirts with the comfort of traditional Serbian inspired clothing with volume garments. Nude tones dominate the colour palette as neon tones in green and blue compliment the key print, suggesting washed-out shades of uniforms together with the desert landscape contribute to the final idea which indicates strength and vitality. The most important message SADAK wants to communicate is: pride in individuality.
