The Ofr Bookstore and Gallery in Paris presents a selection of work by the legendary photographer, Sam Haskins

The exposition is centred on Mr. Haskins calendar photography, which was produced primarily for Pentax during a period of nearly 30 years (from 1971 to 2000). He usually worked to a minimal or no brief and no art direction. These were often opportunities for the photographer to experiment with complex studio techniques that took many weeks. On other occasions clashing schedules forced a race against the clock with a model, one assistant and an exotic location.
The exposition includes two very rare signed vintage prints (with a handful of exceptions, Sam's vintage archive was unsigned)

Sam Haskins (1926 – 2009) images have been influencing designers, photographers and film directors for decades and this is an opportunity to view a mix of his celebrated personal creative work and rarely seen commercial images.
