The Grand Palais Fall exhibition plunges us into the scandalous Paris of Toulouse-Lautrec from the 9 October to 27 January.

The artist portrayed the cruel world with a unique strength, without ever falling into judgement. He conveyed "the present life" in an intense way, and his works were often embedded in the realms of expressive realism. With over 200 works on display, including his famous representation of dancers who had a sense of sadness about them, the living universe of Toulouse-Lautrec comes to life before our eyes, and you will be able to witness his timeless style, which influenced a number of his contemporaries.

Exhibition produced by the musées d’Orsay et de l’Orangerie and the Réunion des musées nationaux - Grand Palais with the exceptional support of the ville Albi city and the Toulouse-Lautrec museum. Exhibition produced with the exceptional assistance of the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, holder of the entire lithographic work of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.

This exhibition is organized with the support of ING, MAIF and Fondation Louis Roederer.
