Geography of Time

At the MMK 1, the MMK Museum für Moderne Kunst Frankfurt am Main will present the hitherto most extensive exhibition of the internationally celebrated artist Fiona Tan (b. 1966) in the German-speaking world.

In addition to major works from her filmic œuvre – for example the double projection Rise and Fall produced in 2009 for the Dutch pavilion of the Venice Biennale – the survey will focus on the latest developments in her work, which increasingly takes the form of installation environments.
