Cultural and historical artefacts, as well as both media and artistic sources are combined and confronted in new contexts within the practice of Dutch artist Willem de Rooij (born 1969 in Beverwijk, NL). For the fall, KW Institute for Contemporary Art presents a selection of works by de Rooij from the past 20 years, which will also feature earlier works that were made during his collaboration with Jeroen de Rijke (1970–2006).
