Open Space is a programme dedicated to the most contemporary artistic expressions, for which French and international artists are invited to create a specific project. Open Space takes place regularly in different settings around Frank Gehry’s building.

Anna Hulačová’s work draws on multiple inspirations, from Greco-Roman mythology to Czech folklore and brutalist architecture. Unlike their classical ancestry, her sculptures are made from concrete. They represent hybrid creatures, part man, part animal. These archaic yet futuristic statues are like allegories of a changing world.
