Born in Peru to Iranian parents, Matin has been experimenting with Peruvian knitting and weaving techniques since 2008. Seven years later, in 2015, she introduced Mozh Mozh, a contemporary label established in the spirit of community, heritage and artisanship. As part of embracing life’s natural evolution and the energy shifts of the seven year-cycle, Mozh Mozh has flourished into Mozhdeh Matin, an Haute artisanship womenswear label that conserves the sense of meaning and high artistic edge of Matin’s distinctive vision.
