All DeMellier pieces are hand-crafted in the south of Spain by local artisans using the finest Italian and Spanish leathers. We only work with partners who we know well and trust, who have fair working conditions and a safe working environment. No bags or materials ever go to waste, all stock is either sold or donated to local apprentice schools. We Give Back — A Bag, A Life Giving back is at the core of DeMellier’s DNA. For every piece we sell, DeMellier funds lifesaving vaccines and treatments aimed to save the life of a child in need through ‘A Bag, A Life’, the brand’s permanent charity initiative in collaboration with SOS Children’s Villages and local vaccine providers.
