NEMOZENA presents Spring Summer 2021, a celebration of the natural world and its magnitude of the texture, pattern and complexity that make up our organic landscape. Versatility and functionality are embedded at the heart of each theme, reflecting the beauty of flora through a sartorial eye. This season NEMOZENA have evolved their offering to include a new innovative plant-based fabric. Crafted from vegetable polyester extracted from soy, these innovative fibres are married with the brand’s signature Italian craftsmanship and high-quality fabrics, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability whilst retaining their core DNA. Natural hues, sunset shades and intense charcoal nuances reflect striking geological formations, raw materials and expansive flora and foliage. Throughout the collection, botanical motifs dance across garments with a graceful touch; pleated leaf motifs decorate a covetable maxi skirt, while the ankle length dress and top are detailed with ruffle adornments, which detach and are easily pocketable into a petite pochette. As the palette deepens, a quartz pinstripe co-ord double breasted jacket paired with relaxed Bermuda shorts combines functional sophistication with a luxe sportswear edge. Finally, a reversible and transformable monochrome parka with removeable sleeves, using rubberized snap buttons, creates two completely different and highly covetable silhouettes. In Metallic Marble, a palette of charcoal greys and subtle hypnotic tones shift and shimmer in the natural light, while metallic satin on a drawstring slip dress brings a soft grace to the feminine silhouette. This season, NEMOZENA take their reversible concept one step further with dresses, jackets and now pants, that are fully reversible, offering an alluring shimmer to one side and classic matte finish to the reverse. Suits with a delicate ripple effect serve as perfect formalwear while removable ruching (which packs into a matching pouch) completely transforms the look of a subtle striped dress fromday to eveningwear in the simplest of moves. A three-quarter sleeved cerulean blue packable jacket complements the full ensemble. Dressed to Shine celebrates precious moments, with fluid metal effects exquisitely replicating the flow of lava on a crystal surface, most notably in the louche, tailored suit; a true stand-out piece of the season.
