In addition to creating music and his own
clothing lines, Pharrell is a partner in Bionic, a
NYC-based company that produces a
patented four th generation yarn derived
from rec ycled plastic material. Durable and
comfortable, the yarns can be employed in
fashion, foot wear, bags, and technical
outer wear.
Bionic will be exclusively exhibiting at
PREMIUM this season where they will show
the collections of recent collaborations as well
as new fabric s that include Bionic Denim
and the most recent collaborations.
At ‚Parley’, Bionic will also present the
‚
Vor tex Project‘ which focuses on alleviating
the oceans from plastic pollution and
creating the most advanced produc ts out
of the retrieved materials.
‚
Parley‘ is a summit that brings together
creators, thinkers, and leaders to raise
awareness for the oceans, and to collaborate
on projects that have the power to establish a
new mindset. ‚Collaborations That Matter‘
and sustainabilit y in the fashion industr y is
the primar y theme for ‚Parley‘ in Berlin,
which will be held under a geodesic dome
by Zendome in the cour t yard at PREMIUM.
