In this collection, a dandelion clock travels across dimensions. In dreams, the soul runs across the sky, travel unboundedly into the past and future, flying freely across dimensions. Just as if it were transcending time and space. Anytime the wind blows, a dandelion seed takes wing and leaves, uninterrupted. “Time” and “space” are the two grounds that hold the dreaming soul and the dandelion seeds together. This collection interprets the soul as dandelion seeds, and the dormant physique as the body of a dandelion. The oversized coat with waist exposure through a curved back hole, the bra top reminiscent of a dandelion clock, and the voluminous dress speak to the theme of this collection. The holes in the pieces of this collection represent the passages between dimensions, through which the soul, the dandelion seeds, freely travels. This metaphorical representation of a seemingly grave theme of this collection is the designer’s attempt to make it more approachable and accessible for everyone.
