Kartell museum portrays the history and identity of the Kartell company which was founded in 1949 with the aim of producing objects of design in plastic. More than 1000 Kartell objects are on exhibit in the museum which is located inside the Kartell facilities designed by Ignazio Guardella and Anna Castelli Ferrieri. The Kartell archive includes Kartell products, drawings, photographs, prints, proto-types and multi-brand proto-design objects in plastic.
