A conversation between The Mnaag and José Lévy. Conversing with the museum’s collections and the newly renovated garden of the Heidelbach Hotel eight recent creations of designer José Lévy are installed at MNAAG for Paris Design Week 2018. Eight objects to discover, eight visions of excellence, perfection of materials and a creative link with Asia. Nourished since his childhood by an important link with Japan, José Lévy is a Laureat of the Villa Kujoyama, has been awarded the Grand Prize of the City of Paris and is a Chevalier des Arts et Lettres. He has worked with Hermès, Astier de Villate, Manufacture de Sèvres, the St Louis glass-making factory, NextLevel Gallery, Perrotin and the Carpenters Workshops Gallery.
