Designers Remix is a Scandinavian high-end line of ready-to-wear women’s clothing.
Charlotte Eskildsen was born in Denmark and received her degree as a fashion designer from the Design Management School in Kolding, Denmark.
Charlotte Eskildsen was chosen as a “Rising Star” by the Danish business magazine, Berlingske, alongside other talented individuals under age 30 representing a range of categories from business to astrophysics in 2004.
In year 2007, Charlotte received the “The Golden Pin” (Guldknappen) from the Danish fashion magazine Alt for Damerne.
In 2012 Charlotte Eskildsen received the prestigious 'Brand of the Year'-award when Designers Remix won at the Danish Fashion Awards (Dansk Fashion Award).
In 2013 Charlotte Eskildsen once again received an award in the category 'Brand of the Year' when Designers Remix won at the Danish Elle Style Awards.
Charlotte works as an ambassador for the Danish Red Cross as a member of Club 10, committed to raise money for the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. On behalf of Designers Remix, she managed to raise the 3rd largest donation in Club 10 in 2009.
In year 2012, Charlotte was enlisted in the Who's Who Encyclopedia of Denmark "Krak's Blue Book" (Kraks blå bog).
Designers Remix was founded in 2002 by Charlotte Eskildsen with her husband and CEO, Niels Eskildsen. Since then, they have successfully developed the company into a global brand available in stores all across Europe, Russia, Asia and the Middle East.
Charlotte Eskildsen is the Creative Director of Designers Remix.
Charlotte Eskildsen has an architectural approach to every aspect of the design process. Her unique design manifest is all about minimalism, architecture, 3D tailoring as well as draping and cutting.
Her inspiration is deeply founded in her Danish design heritage. Danish design icons, organic modernism and functionalism are key in every aspect of her creative process.
