Iris Epple-righi
Ceo

Iris Epple-Righi has considerable experience in international apparel brands. For the past 13 years she has worked for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, both owned by PVH Corp., most recently as President Brand Management for Calvin Klein Europe.

Before Calvin Klein, Iris Epple-Righi worked for Tommy Hilfiger, where she was responsible for several years for their retail business and later for the product. Mrs Epple-Righi started her career at the German department store Breuninger, where she also held a number of positions over 14 years. She has a Master of Business degree from Eberhard Karls University in Germany.

Niall Sloan
Designer

Niall joins ESCADA from Hunter where he has held the position of Global Design Director for the last four years, overseeing design in all product categories for women’s, men’s and kid’s. Before this, Niall worked closely with Christopher Bailey during his 10 years at Burberry. Over that time, Niall played an important role in transforming the future of the heritage brand, successfully working across many areas including hard accessories, eyewear, watches and jewellery.

The last position he held at Burberry was as head of the women’s Prorsum team for three years including all shows, pre-collections and VIP dressing.
