Liselore Frowijn is a Dutch fashion and textile designer. She studied Fashion Design at the ArtEZ Institute of Arts in Arnhem, the Netherlands, where she graduated with honours in 2013. After graduating she won the Dutch Molenaar Couture Award in 2013 and the Prix Chloé in 2014 of the International festival de la Mode et Photographie in Hyères, France. Since then, she has been working on her own collections, that were shown in London, Paris, Milan and Amsterdam. She also worked as a uniform and print-designer for important print houses and companies in Italy and in The Netherlands.
As a designer, Frowijn feels the continuous drive to capture and retransmit the energy she gets from art, music, people, and different cultures. Her designs walk the fine line between high and low culture, each new piece is a living painting carefully constructed to achieve the perfect balance between aestheticism and imperfection.
