The firm Scunzani Ivo, was born in 1971 from Scunzani Ivo and Salardi Mirca.

Working for Armani, Pierre Cardin, Moschino and others during the years '80 / '90, are refined and discovered technical of workmanship of the hides, reaching excellent qualitative levels. For four years, it is added in the permanents staff, Marcello Scunzani, and this support made research in the materials both hides and buckles, and also in the most “wild assemblage technique ".

Handing out our manufacture all over the world from H. Lorenzo-Los Angeles, L'Eclaireur - Paris, Daad - Milan, Papeete - Riccione, Isetan-Tokyo, we are noticed and we enjoy excellent comments by Italian journalistic critics.

Particularly, in the actual collection and in the future one, we have developed a part of the same one, focusing us attention on the use and on the discovery of new materials and very alternatives workmanships.

The final result it is expressed by the use of the crocodile, combined with plaque and the vintage buckles with liberty and romantic charm, decorated by thin chisels that remembered the melancholy Baudelaire’s poetries or the kafkiana Prague’s gloomy nights…..a gothic and a bit rough taste, but with a tender heart…a rose full of so many thorns…perfectly represented by our crocodile claw , fused and set in the metal…. or by our books wich have a rude cover decorated by crocodile stripes but inside…among ancient paper of 100 years old.. it could blossom some gorgeous flowers..
