JA-MH started in 2009 as a sales and PR showroom dedicated to address the fashion business in a decidedly personal way. The space itself is part of founder Julie Agashiwala’s home, located on 12th street in New York City. Nested between the strong identities of the West Village, Soho, the East Village, the area has somehow resisted categorization and hasn’t really changed in many years.
In the same spirit, JA-MH represents collections that hold true to their history, their craftsmanship, their philosophy and/or their aesthetics. Whether made in the USA, China, Europe or South America, these brands all have a distinctive approach to their craft, and cultivate an uncompromising attitude toward design, production, promotion and distribution.
Free spirited and different in the fashion industry, JA-MH offers buyers and editors a unique experience in which collections complement one another seamlessly and the showroom is a tasteful background to strong relationships.
