Norman Foster in Hong Kong

The british architect Norman Foster won, biginning of March, the contest to design the huge West Kowloon Cultural district complex on the sea side in Hong Kong.

This international cultural estate will gather together places of life, galleries, studios and many art dedicated structures. The project called « City Park » will extend over 40 hectares and benefit from a 2,8 billion dollar budget (almost 2 billion euro) according to AFP.
