More than 250 cities to celebrate the annual fashion event on September 8, 2011.

September 8, 2011 will mark the third edition of Fashion’s Night Out, the global fashion event originally initiated in association with Vogue, NYC&CO and the CFDA. Across the United States, over 250 cities will participate in the annual soirée: from New York City to Los Angeles, Chicago to Dallas, retailers, designers, beauty brands and celebrities will come together to celebrate fashion by offering late night shopping, fashion shows, limited edition merchandise and much more, among plenty of festivity.

Fashion hub, New York City’s highlights include Fashionable Getaway, which marks the cooperation of over 30 Manhattan hotels which have created special packages for FNO; FNO On Air, a live broadcasting from SoHo via QVC that will include a line-up of celebrities, stylists and designers unveiling Fall looks; Get Glammed Up, a project from Maybelline New York Color Studio Hot Spot, which is offering make-overs to celebrate Great Lash Mascara’s fortieth birthday: Hip Trip, giving fashionistas, designers and ‘influencers’ the opportunity to ride through Manhattan - from store to store - in the new 2012 Volkswagen Passat, plus plenty more specially imagined events.
