A focus on the collaboration between fashion photographer, Paolo Roversi, and Japanese fashion designer, Miharayasuhiro.

From Friday September the 30th to Monday October the 3rd 2011, a special surprise from Miharayasuhiro is in store for our visitors. He invites us to experience an installation that will interact with viewers.

The main figure of the installation is Ophelia, a character from Shakespeare’s Hamlet. "Ophelia is a symbol of eternal beauty, the female figure. This installation is inspired by 'Ophelia' by Sir John Everett Millais," explains Mr. Yasuhiro. In the picture she is singing before she drowns in a river in Denmark. While gathering flowers, she falls into the river from a tree hanging above it.

The installation will be a digital interaction between the image of Ophelia and the audience, a game of shadows on the floor, of floating flower petals and emerging butterflies. "The audience will experience how something outside the picture (their shadows) emerges and goes into the picture and then comes alive."
