The designer [red]Alon Livné[/red] chose Paris for the very first time to present his SS17 collection at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers of Paris. The new collection has been inspired by the work of Japanese printmaker, graphic designer Kazumasa Nagai whose work is characterized by biomorphic shapes. Another inspiration is the industrial architectural development of the 70’s, with its morphologic concrete work and clean sculptural shapes. Alon Livne collection investigates the covered-up, while maintaining a new and naïve tone. Models were succeeding each other in a slow march, before a pink milk fountain, referring to the vinyl pink garments.

Since the age of 17, Alon Livné has been trained in premiere luxury European houses such as Alexander McQueen in London and Roberto Cavalli in Florence to become the Israel’s most prestigious fashion designer.

He won the first prize in the Israeli version of “Project Runway”. Beyonce and Lady Gaga have worn gowns with a metallic bodice design by him and Beyonce commissioned Livne to create her wardrobe for her “Mrs. Carter Show World Tour” in 2013. The young designer has also designed outfits for the Hunger Games film series. He also launched his Bridal line "Alon Livne White" which is recognized worldwide for its innovative designs.
