Every Spring in the South of France, the Hyères Festival highlights and promotes young promising artists in the fields of fashion, photography and fashion accessories. For the second year, the festival opens a third competition and a prize to the fashion accessories designers.

The festival offers diverse exhibitions, professional panel discussions including three competitions, the competitions are framed around the villa Noailles, which organises the competitions, exhibitions and the conferences. The competitions showcase 10 fashion designers, 10 accessories designers and 10 photographers, who are selected by a jury of professionals in each field. The work of the chosen candidates is presented to the jury and the public through a catwalk show for the fashion competition, a group exhibition for the photography competition, a group exhibition and a video for the accessories. On the last days of the month of April, as every Spring since 1998, the villa Noailles will once again become the central point for emerging photography.
