Research and international guests for the sixth edition of White Uomo, set in Milan from June 20th to June 22nd in via Tortona.

Even if the sixth edition of the White Uomo involves important brands of fashion, it doesn’t forget his research and vanguard spirit. The new edition offers interesting designers from the international scene, as the Antwerp based Croatian Damir Doma, who presents his first personal collection (after his collaboration with Raf Simons). The eight outfits of the spring/summer collection are a preview of the collection that will be unveiled during Paris Fashion Week. Surface to Air marks a new entry at the tradeshow. This group of designers in various productions ranging from music to photography (with many collaborations, including Dover Street Market, Vuitton and Miyake) present their own collection. Initially designed to equip the group, it has become a cult total look for men and women.

A specially designed space welcomes Makin Jan Ma’s universe. The Hong Kong native designer came into fashion after a non-common way. Screenwriter and filmmaker, he used to design clothes for his characters. The Japanese Ninesixty of Hiroteru Katoh presents an entirely hand-made collection of signet rings in leather, gold, silver and precious stone. Alexander Fielden, artist and shoe craftsman, exposes his unique pieces. The cellar of Superstudio Più, proposes the « Basement » exhibition with a selection of designer corners, including the collection of Lumen et Umbra, Prps Denim, Marsell. The quality of the 110 brands in the tradeshows provides a wide selection, capable of representing all the trends.
