Pitti Uomo 105 celebrates British creativity

UKFT is accompanying a group of 56 British brands in January 2024 at Pitti Uomo, with the support of the Department for Business and Trade (DBT). British heritage and craftsmanship will be a major focus this season amongst the British exhibitors.

At the show, UKFT will debut "UK Fashion & Textiles: It’s what we’re made of", a new film to unveil the essence of British menswear and the wider UK fashion and textile industry.

Most companies that showed in June return in January, including Carl Friedrik, Elizabeth Parker, Fox Umbrellas, Hardy & Parsons, Invertère, John Smedley, Johnstons of Elgin, Kangol, Leathersmith of London, Only the Blind, Tateossian, The Cambridge Satchel Company and Walker Slater.

Nine footwear brands will be part of the group, such as the likes of Edward Green, Cheaney, Crockett & Jones, Loake, Loungers, Sanders, Tricker’s, Barker England and Yogi Footwear.  
  
New British exhibitors joining Pitti Uomo this season include Alan Scott, Channel Jumper, McGeorge of Scotland, Oats and Rice, Stefan Cooke and W. Rubens.

With the eponymous S.S. Daley brand.Steven Stokey-Daley is this season's guest designer at Pitti Uomo Winning the Lvmh Young Fashion Designer prize the Liverpudlian designer will be bringing his ‘made in Britain’ collection to Florence with a catwalk show event staged in his own characteristic style.

UKFT is proud to bring a strong and diverse group of British menswear and accessories to Pitti Uomo to launch the international menswear collections for AW24/25.”
