Access & Paradox is a new contemporary art fair which takes place from October 21 to 25 at the Espace des Blancs Manteaux in Paris.
Access & Paradox creates alternative forms of partnership, mixing public and private together.
Access & Paradox gives the opportunity to institutional organizations to show their collection and to introduce their most recent acquisitions to the public. On their side, young galleries are given the possibility to access the art market of the the collectors, and for the more established galleries to offer different projects.
Access & Paradox aims to engage all the partners in an active partnership through many kinds of modules, such as exhibitions, debates, curatorial projects, etc: the UNESCO, the Center for Islandic Art and the National Museum of Reykjavík, the Gantner Multimedia Space, the newspaper Particules and the canadian magazine ETC, Mains d’Oeuvres... and other partners...
Around thirty curatorial projects, going from the exhibition on cymas to sculptural and monumental installation will be welcomed.
