"Today is Tomorrow" inaugurates its fourth edition at the 2013 Saint-Etienne International Design Biennial. The exhibition seeks to review the present situation of design products relating to the future. In this perspective, design projects are presented from companies, schools, and researchers. These explorations reflect contemporary concerns in matters such as mobility, health, food, work, energy, learning and data sharing.

With Today is Tomorrow #4, the visitor can see for himself that in the case of food, the possibility of making meat is still relevant today and that insects are coming to the table; that household appliances inspire demands in economies of material and objects; that mobility is ever lighter; that industrial production evolves towards varied solutions in terms of concept and of scale.

Among featured participants: JCDecaux, the Design Acadamy of Eindhoven, ENSCI- Les ateliers (workshops), Iniciativ at BMW, Orange, etc. Certain concepts exhibit a remarkable originality: {{The Car, Lighter than Man by Olivier Peyricot, The Digital Bench from nodesign.net, Spider Farm from Thomas Maincent, and object Black Hole by Gaëlle Gabillet & Stéphane Villard. Projects specifically developed for the exhibition are being shown by Stéphane Bureau, nodesign.net, Yamaha.}}
