Anna Sofie Dolva is the Director of CIFF – Copenhagen International Fashion Fair – where she has led one of the most significant transformations in the Nordic fashion industry over the past four years. Under her leadership, CIFF has evolved from a traditional biannual trade fair into an internationally recognized, year-round fashion and business platform connecting brands, buyers, media, culture, and innovation across the global fashion ecosystem. During her tenure, the business has grown from approximately 200 exhibitors to more than 1,000 brands and partners, while significantly strengthening CIFF’s international reach, strategic collaborations, and industry relevance.
Known for combining entrepreneurial agility with corporate commercial expertise, Sofie has introduced a more experience-driven, content-led, and digitally integrated approach to the platform - positioning CIFF as both a cultural and commercial hub during Copenhagen Fashion Week and throughout the year. Her leadership has also been instrumental in expanding CIFF’s focus on mentorship, sustainability, international partnerships, and emerging talent development.
Before joining CIFF, Sofie built her own beauty distribution business as an entrepreneur before moving into senior leadership roles within L’Oréal and the Scandinavian beauty and lifestyle industry. With a background spanning startups, scale-ups, and global corporations, she is widely recognized for her ability to modernize legacy businesses, build strong commercial ecosystems, and create platforms that combine community, creativity, and growth.
