After studying geo-ethnology, Valentine Gauthier succeeds classes at the renowned Atelier Chardon Savard in Paris while simultaneously works as model and assistant at Martin Margiela's artisanal studio.
In 2007, Valentine Gauthier founds her eponymous brand and in 2009 opens her first flagship boutique in Paris fashion district, le Marais.
In March, 2017 the designer invests a new area, Saint Germain des Prés and presents her Spring Summer 2017 collection into a dedicated pop-up store.

With a unique and refreshing view on fashion, Valentine Gauthier creates contemporary and urban collections and offers a refined and complete wardrobe inspired by her daily inspirations.
Each piece is made from noble, natural or technical fabrics. Prints and models are created in Valentine Gauthier's Atelier. From her first collection in 2007, the designer collaborates with craftsmen and high-end manufacturers.
Giving special attention to detail and quality, she surrounds herself by key partners in France, Poland, Hungary, Portugal and Spain.
