A new building designed by Rem Koolhaas’agency,OMA in Gorky Park will host the garage for of three years. Garage, founded by Dasha Zhukova in 2008, is a major non-profit arts project based in Moscow, dedicated to exploring and developing contemporary culture.

Shigeru Ban is famous for his innovative use of raw materials, including paper and cardboard, and his use of eco-friendly building materials. His design for Garage's new space uses locally produced paper tubes to create an oval wall, which will be 6 meters high.For its first exhibition, the pavilion presented plans and architectural views of Gorky Parc history.
