The Belgian designer Sylvain Willenz has been elected Designer of the Year by the Interieur Foundation, the magazines Weekend Knack and Weekend Le Vif/L’Express, the Design museum Gent and the Grand-Hornu Images. He succeeds to the architect-creator Alain Berteau, the goldsmith-designer Nedda El-Asmar and the products designer
Stefan Schöning who reiceved this honour before him.
