The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation has whittled down the 1,715 submissions for the Guggenheim Helsinki Design Competition to a final list of six entries. The Foundation launched the contest in order to find the most creative architect for the new Guggenheim Museum in Helsinki. Since the competition was an open-call for anonymous entries, the architects behind the final proposals remain unknown. The shortlisted agencies are: AGPS architecture, Asif Khan, Fake Industries Architectural Agonism, Haas Cook Zemmrich STUDIO2050, Moreau Kusunoki architects, and SMAR architecture studio.
