UNITED KINGDOM / London: Seminar “The Law of Luxury”

The London-based entertainment and media law firm for the creative industries Crefovi teamed up with the {{international association of lawyers for the creative industries (ialci), for the launch of their second seminar on the law of luxury goods. The conference, titled Intellectual property: how to protect, manage & monetize the know-how, intangible capital, brand image and reputation of luxury maisons & fashion brands, will be held in London at the Pullman London St Pancras Hotel on February 10th, 2015.

The seminar will be focused on how to safeguard rights and valuable assets for fashion and luxury goods, while proposing different perspectives from legal and business experts , such as Catherine Palmer, General Counsel at Joseph Group. Furthermore, the conference will offer professional insights and practical solutions for protecting, enforcing and exploiting intellectual property rights.
