KID, a new trade-show dedicated to contemporary fashion for children, will take place at the Bastille Design Center, from January 31st to February 2nd. The event is organized by Anaïs Sidali (Fashion Event Director) and Julien Pelgrand (Artistic Director), and framed by a curatorial ethic, which favors quality over quantity.

"With KID, we offer our brands the possibility of direct contact with well-connected buyers and top influencers in the childrenʼs market. Our buyersʼ network is built to match our exhibitorsʼ commercial goals, whether in prestigious department stores or independents," said Pelgrand, while Sidali added that her "experience led me towards this idea of a fashion trade show with an edgy twist, that could promote young contemporary designers alongside established brands constantly seeking novelty".

In fact, KID aims to create a new "rendez-vous" for trade at the service of tomorrow's designers and shops, by establishing itself with an innovative event concept, a mix between a showroom and a traditional trade show, dedicated to professionals in search of novelty in the childrenʼs market. The trade-show will take place twice a year (end of January and beginning of July), in Paris, at the Bastille Design Center and plans to develop on international grounds.
