The Milan-based high-end retailer DAAD Dantone launched its first fragrance entitled Profumo, on March 1st. Featuring a special event and live performance, the showcase took place at the store in Via di Santo Spirito during Milan Fashion Week.

The new perfume is the brainchild of DAAD’s Owner and Director Giorgio Dantone, the perfumer and artist Meo Fusciuni, and the architect Pierfrancesco Cravel, and aims to embody the unique and luxurious essence of Dantone’s boutique. Fusciuni created the scent, while Cravel developed a special package, which expresses Profumo’s identity through a mix of raw and precious elements, including as marble, crystal, silver and leather.

In this sense, Profumo aims to capture the scent of Milan, the memory of Giorgio Dantone’s tailor’s shop, as well as the history and aesthetics of the store. Build as a pyramid of faceted sensations and poetry, the perfume introduces the wearer to DAAD’s universe by offering a sumptuous visual, tactile and olfactory experience.
