Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2015, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia is Australia’s premiere fashion industry event. This year’s edition of MBFWA will present the Spring/Summer 2015/16 collections of up-and-coming as well as established designers, from April 12th to 16th, 2015. IMG, a global leader in fashion which owns the event, announced an extended show schedule including over 70 fashion brands and an exciting lineup of panel-talks for the NEXT 20 Seminar Series.

Aiming to connect Australian designers with a global audience of buyers, press and customers, MBFWA will once again showcase the work of Australia’s most promising fashion designer’s at Carriageworks, Eveleigh. In this context, Tome will premiere on the official MBFWA schedule and open the event on Monday morning, while Johanna Johnson will close the fashion week on Thursday night with a show presented by Capitol Grand. Finally, Michael Lo Sordo, Gary Bigeni and Gail Sorronda are among the new on-schedule additions.
