Vetements, Pallas, Anrealage, Pigalle, and Umit Benan are the five brands selected to compete for this year's main prize. The finalists’ latest collections will be examined by a jury of fashion industry experts, including Style.com's Nicole Phelps, Haider Ackermann, ANDAM’s President Pierre Bergé, and Kering's François-Henri Pinault. The winner will be revealed at the annual awards ceremony that will take place in Paris on July 3rd, 2015.

The ANDAM Award, an internationally reputed award that supports new fashion talents, will celebrate its 26th edition this year. The Grand Prix consists of €250,000 (approx. USD 275,000) and includes a one-year mentorship from Chanel’ President of Fashion Bruno Pavlovsky. This year's winner will also produce and sell a collection in collaboration with online retailer thecorner.com and receive €10,000 (approx. USD 11,000) worth of Swarovski crystals to use for his upcoming collections. Past ANDAM winners include Alexandre Mattiussi in 2013 and Iris van Herpen in 2014.

"The selection of finalists for the 26th edition of the ANDAM fashion award is rich with talent," Bruno Pavlovsky told WWD. "The ANDAM's role is to reveal, reward and accompany them. Sponsoring a new talent, helping him/her to set up for the long-term in Paris, giving access to know-how, serving his/her creativity, all of this is part of our mission," he added.

Furthermore, Charlotte Chesnais, Hugo Matha and Annelise Michelson are competing for the ANDAM Fashion Accessories Prize, a new business initiative in support of young accessories designers. The prize includes a grant of €30,000 (approx. USD 33,000) and a year long mentorship from Nadja Swarovski. In addition, Etienne Deroeux, Gauchere, Jour/né, and Léa Peckre are the shortlisted designers for the First Collections Prize. The winner will receive €90,000 (approx. USD 99,000), a year long commercial and strategic mentorship from Tomorrow showroom, as well as an exclusive point of sale in Paris’ Galeries Lafayette for two consecutive seasons.
