Mr. Jacques Mouclier, Honorary President of the CFMA (French confederation dedicated to luxury and craftsmanship) and former Deputy Chairman of the Chambre Syndicale, passed away on June 21st.

Jacques Mouclier was born in 1924 in Paris. After participating in the Liberation of Paris, he began his professional career in 1961 as a Secretary-General of the French Federation of Glassworks and Glass. He was then appointed Deputy Chairman of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture in 1972 — a position that he held until 1998. In 1973, he became Chairman of the CFMA and has contributed to the CFMA’s development and successful endeavors. Throughout the years, Mr. Mouclier has made a name for himself by working with passion and with a great commitment to ​​French luxury, craftsmanship and excellence.
