The [red]Council of Fashion Designers of America[/red] has announced the nominees for [red]CFDA Fashion Awards[/red] and the names of the personalities for the Award.

- The International Award to [red]Alessandro Michele[/red], the creative director of Gucci.
- The Founder’s Award in honor of Eleanor Lambert to [red]Donna Karan[/red].
- Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award to [red]Norma Kamali[/red].
- The Media Award in honor of Eugenia Shepherd to [red]Imran Amed[/red], founder and CEO of The Business of Fashion.
- The Board of Directors’ Special Tribute to memory of [red]David Bowie[/red].

[red]ACCESSORIES[/red] - Joseph Altuzzarra, Irene Neuwirth, Mansur Gavriel : Rachel Mansur and Floriana Gavriel, Proenza Schouler : Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, The Row : Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen.

The nominees for the [red]Swarovski Award[/red]

The award ceremony will take place on Monday 6th June at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.
