The fashion label Visvim, founded by Japanese designer [red]Hiroki Nakamura[/red] and designer project of Pitti Immagine Uomo, staged its first ever runway show at Pitti Uomo on Thursday 16 June 2016, presenting women's and men's spring summer 2017 collections characterised by a retro allure with American post-war references.

An animated spectacle at Limonaia di Zanobi del Rosso in the Boboli Gardens. Vintage atmosphere and dance performance in an encounter between cultures, California and Japan. Large cowboy hats with silk kimono jackets and unstructured blazers, wide leg trousers and bermuda shorts with printed cotton t-shirts. To complete the look sneaker and geta, traditional Japanese footwear.

The collection is eclectic and wearable, in a mix of high-tech fabrics and craftsmanship, inspiration to the American workwear and oriental influences.

Born in Japan in 1971, [red]Hiroki Nakamura[/red] has given life to his brand in 2001 after a long experience in the world of activewear, starting with shoes and becoming over the years a lifestyle brand, including clothing, accessories and fragrances.
