On the occasion of the Parisian launch of the collection of Haute Bijouterie designed by Pierre Hardy for Hermès, Didier Fiuza Faustino is invited to conceive the staging of these pieces and to create the «Continuum» until October 8th at Hermès 24 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré.

For his collaboration with Hermès and Pierre Hardy, Didier Fiuza Faustino chose to seize the theme of the new collection of « Haute Bijouterie » that was focused on the expression of time, to design the interior of the Boutique Hermès, with a futuristic atmosphere. With almost twelve boxes that contain the jewels laid out in a circle, Faustino introduces a basic representation of the notion of time.

With the choice of rough material such as crude iron and non-perfect 3D printings, the artist and architect introduces a visual counterpoint to the jewels. The opposition to the collection can be also observed with the light that comes from the heart of the sculpture. Indeed, we can feel that the installation is breathing by the variations of the intensity of light.
